HRC has been a reliable source of employment for many local residents over the years. We currently employ 137 individuals across all programs and departments, including professional staff in clinical, administrative, and direct support roles, as well as client employees who participate in employment programs for people with disabilities.

These employment programs include AbilityOne commercial laundry contracts, state contract work providing janitorial and groundskeeping services at the I-70 Rest Area, and Community Day Services work activities—all helping people with disabilities build job skills and achieve greater independence while earning minimum wage or better.
