Through a federal American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) grant, HRC has added new and innovative enhancements to its Employment Services Program in Edgar and Clark Counties. HRC staff are providing a variety of employment services including:
- Case management
- Personal Skills Training
- Coordination of experience interviews
- Business tours
- Job coaching
