CILA Program Aide (Part time, less than 20 hours per week)
The CILA Program Aide will be responsible for providing direct service to consumers who live independently in the community, including but not limited to activities of daily living, monitoring health and behavior, training, medication administration, encouraging and facilitating leisure activities, transportation, and providing problem solving assistance according to an individualized program plan.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS: 1. High school diploma or equivalent 2. Ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or mental illness 3. Ability to follow and carry out individualized program plans 4. Ability to work independently 5. Valid Driver’s License and good driving record 6. CPR/First Aide Certification 7. Ability successfully complete a required 120-training program 8. Ability to pass required criminal background checks and alcohol and other drug testing.
HOURS: Less than 20 hours per week, variable hours, split shifts, days and/or evenings. Possible fill in for 24 hour CILA residential home.

Transportation Coordinator
The Transportation Coordinator is responsible for the management and coordination of agency transportation services utilizing agency vehicles, including but not limited to supervising drivers; scheduling, coordinating and organizing consumer, staff and contractual deliveries; scheduling vehicle preventative maintenance and vehicle repair as needed; maintaining related recordkeeping and analyzing vehicle operations and maintenance cost information; ensuring transportation services meet all external regulatory requirements, including but not limited to Illinois Department of Transportation and Federal Motor Carrier rules and regulations; managing agency personally owned automobile transportation safety system; and driving consumers and/or contract delivery as needed (approximately 41-75% of the time).
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Current HRC employee. 2. High school diploma or equivalent. 3. Ability to follow verbal and/or written directions. 4. Valid driver’s license as required for class of vehicles to be driven. 5. Safe driving record. 6. Ability to document and organize information regarding agency vehicles and usage. 7. CAMA Teen Coordinator
The CAMA Teen Coordinator will implement the interactive CAMA Teen program in the area school districts in Edgar and Clark Counties. The CAMA Teen Coordinator will assist with CAMA Teen events that are prevention-focused and documented in a cost efficient manner. CAMA Teen Coordinator will coordinate with Advisors at each school district. CAMA Teen Coordinator may assist with adult coalition events, assist website publications and maintain social networking sites with CAMA Teens. CAMA Teen Coordinator will provide guidance for CAMA Teen (“youth led-adult assisted”) meetings/trainings/activities.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelor’s Degree preferred. 2. Basic writing and verbal skills to include public speaking opportunities. 3. Basic computer skills including Power Point, Excel, and social networking experience 4. Positive interpersonal skills 5. Willingness to work cooperatively with High School student volunteers, parents, school and community members. 6. Document CAMA Teen events, sign in sheets, agendas, minutes, budgets, contact information, media, AV equipment, and photos. 7. Gather outcome data through training in Prevention best practices. 8. Peer Recovery Support Specialist (Two positions)
The Peer Recovery Support Specialist (PRSS) shall provide peer support services; serves as an advocate; provide information and support for consumers in emergency, outpatient and “Living Room” settings. The PRSS shall perform a wide range of tasks to assist consumers in the recovery process and to reclaim their lives from mental illness. The PRSS will possess the skills to maintain a high level of professionalism, ethics, and positive interactions.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS: 1. High school diploma or GED. 2. Ability to articulate knowledge in the area of mental health recovery. 3. Current or former consumer of mental health services as a consumer or family member. 4. Active listening skills. 5. Ability/willingness to obtain credentialing as a Peer Recovery Support Specialist. 6. Completion of a Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) 7. Actively participates in their own personal recovery process in order to care for self. 8. Certification as a WRAP facilitator or willingness to obtain certification. 9. Ability to model effective coping techniques and self-help strategies. 10. Ability to participate in two-week Peer Recovery Support Specialist training. 11. Ability to interact with other professionals and community members. 12. Ability to maintain personal boundaries and refrain from inappropriate relationships with clients. 13. Case Records Secretary (Marshall)
The Case Records Secretary in Marshall has primary responsibility for all clerical duties necessary to maintain efficient operation of the Marshall office site, to include but not limited to: answering telephone, greeting customers, setting and collecting fees, enrolling new customers, setting up, filing and maintaining case records system, and typing/transcribing correspondence for staff.
