It
is generally understood that most serious health issues require a
multidisciplinary response for their resolution or management. During
the past year HRC instituted a variety of program enhancements to help
clients and consumers feel better about the services and assistance we
provide to them.
HRC’s Outpatient Program has been enhanced through a redesign of our 118
E Court reception area, new protocols for appointment notifications and
reminders, Individual Placement and Support (IPS), Dialectical
Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Enhanced Youth Services (EYS), and expanded
recovery and self-advocacy assistance. Recent enhancements within
Rehabilitation Services include increased paid work and training
opportunities, music therapy, and additional Extended Supported
Employment Supports.
All
of these enhancements have expanded HRC’s services continuum in
meaningful ways. Through these enhancements our objective is to provide
the people we serve with respect, empowerment, and a therapeutic
environment that fosters hope and support for their recovery. If you
