For
Fiscal Year 2007, HRC had a revenue surplus of $5,230.46.
This should be viewed as a significant accomplishment given the
funding challenges currently impacting behavioral health care in Illinois.
A critical look at the data and record-keeping systems, have lead
to improvements in data processing and accuracy. HRCs staff and Board
members have worked extremely hard during the past year to create a more
timely and reliable financial reporting system. More
