Financial report

In response to state funding reductions in FY2009, the staff of HRC worked diligently to conserve resources and control costs.  The actions taken were successful overall, and HRC ended the year with a $29,563 revenue surplus.  In consideration of Illinois’ deteriorating fiscal position new strategies have been developed and steps taken to contend with the payment delays and cuts anticipated for the future.   HRC’s behavioral health service array could not have been sustained during these challenging times without the dedicated efforts of a resilient staff and board.
